What we will ask.
- What work is slow, repetitive, risky, or expensive today?
- What data is involved, and who is allowed to see it?
- Which tools does the work already pass through?
- How many documents, tickets, queries, matters, or code changes happen each week?
- Are you already paying for AI tools?
- What source material must stay attached to the output?
- What records or approvals do you need?
- Do you already have Apple hardware?
- What must always require human approval?
- Are there GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, SRA, client confidentiality, contractual, or procurement considerations we should know about?
You do not need a technical brief. A plain description of the job is enough for the first conversation.
Expect a practical answer.
If Foundry is a fit, we will recommend the narrowest useful starting point. If it is not a fit, we will explain why. No generic AI transformation pitch.
